Term for a word with no single agreed pronunciation because it's more used written down?

I can think of two somewhat new words that fit the description: "gif" (hard of soft g) or "Latinx" (Is it "Latin-x", or "laTINex" as one would say "Latina"?)

I'm not as much keen on deciding which pronunciation is right (too many have died on Gif Hill already), more curious if there's a term for such a scenario?

I can't think of any other examples, but I expect there are more, or at least ones that were under discussion before an accord was made? "Data" perhaps? I think that's more American vs British English, tho
