  1. BNG Active Advisory Technology Technical Developer, Senior Associate/VP
    The International Private Bank (IPB) is seeking to introduce an "Active" Advisory Program for clients seeking ongoing investment advice in the context of their overall portfolio. The program will consist of an ongoing portfolio advisory service, providing access to a broad range of investment products, under an asset based fee model. The key feature of the product will consist in Client Profiling, Portfolio Construction, Risk Analytics, Business Controls, Proposal Generation, Dispatch to Clients & Execution, Support Ongoing Advise through Monitoring and Review. This product will form an essential building block to a future digital first client strategy in IPB by building efficiency and by grounding the solution in the clients' goals and objectives. we will further cement "goals based" as our strategic client coverage model. A successful launch in IPB lays the foundation for future expansion into other regions.
    The Active Advisory Technology team in Bangalore is specifically seeking an Application Technology developer to join us on this journey. As a Technology developer, you will be responsible for -
    Key Responsibilities:
    * Full-stack design and development
    * Follow and promote agile methodologies, especially scrum/Kanban
    * Promote both first-rate user experience and system performance
    * Ability to design technical solutions to business requirements
    * Ability to dig into a defect, find a way to reproduce, and suggest a solution
    * Ability to work with a diversified multi-location team
    * Identify automation opportunities and minimize manual intervention
    This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
    * Experience with full-stack Web application development, including REST Web services in Java 7/8, SpringBoot, and modern Javascript technologies such as ReactJS and/or Angular
    * Strong expertise and knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
    * Experience with SQL databases such as Sybase or Oracle and with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra and/or MongoDB
    * Experience with middleware/messaging technologies such as MQ, JMS, Kafka, etc. and exposure to event-driven design patterns.
    * Experience with distributed caches such as GemFire, ehCache, Hazelcast, etc.
    * Experience developing with testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito, Selenium, Puppeteer and Cucumber
    * Knowledge and experience of SCM and CI tools such Bitbucket, Jenkins and Maven.
    * Work on micro services design and development, including API and cloud-based platforms and technologies such as containers a plus.
    * Apply latest DevOps concepts to continuously improve and transform platform into a highly available, highly maintainable platform - including but not limited to code, policy processes, behaviors, tools.
    * Create automated tests for software created.
    * Establish strong working relationships with team members and business partner
    * Handle individual workload and deliver project milestones on time and on budget.
