I have a solution primarily made from diethylene glycol which serves as a brake fluid for cars. The current solution has a wet equilibrium reflux boiling point of 205 degree C and a equilibrium reflux boiling point of 245 degree C, both tested using the GSO 595:1995 method. I need to mix this solution with another type of material (cheaper than diethylene glycol) which can decrease the boiling point to reach a minimum of 140 and 205 respectively, to meet the DOT 3 standards.

I have attached the test results of my sample.
